frequently asked questions

  • Prior to your massage service we will ask you to fill out a health intake form. It is important that you tell us about any health issues you may have. For your safety, we take all medical conditions under consideration prior to starting the massage. Your information is kept confidential and will help your therapist best tailor the massage that is perfect for you.

  • Your massage session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music will be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.

Most massage techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, what you want to wear is entirely up to you. You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session. Your massage therapist will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean sheet and blanket. You will be properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.

A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders.

  • If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please call or text 419-438-6522 so your therapist is able to book other clients in that time slot.

If you are feeling under the weather, please consider waiting until you feel better to book your appointment to keep our therapists and those that they serve safe from the spread of any illness.

Last minute cancellations and no show appointments are subject to a fee at the discretion of each therapist.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, cash and Exhale gift cards as forms of payment.
